Come join the growing number of gay men that have discovered male bonding au naturel! Cairns Sunboys is an independent group of gay male nudists/naturists. We promote and encourage an active interest in social nudism and are open to all gay, bisexual, and gay-friendly men over 18 years of age.

Sunboys acknowledge that sex is natural, but sex is not equated with naturism. We respects all of our members for their individuality, whether or not they choose to express their sexuality, and shall endeavour to respect individual sensibilities as may be appropriate. We encourage members to do the same. Sunboys is a nudist club with a strict no-sex policy at all functions.

TELLING YOUR FRIENDS
When telling others about going nude, quite often the approach you use to tell somebody you are a nudist (or would like to be) will have a big impact on how they respond. Some ways work better than others, and will depend upon individuals.

Address the issue casually. Treat the concept of nudity as a relative non-issue (no big deal). When discussing, treat it nonchalantly as you would a discussion about the weather.

Appeal to their interest. Always appeal to a person's intellect by using concise, logical arguments that support your cause. If the person you are trying to introduce the idea to is into environmentalism, than stress the natural connection between nudism and nature. If the person is into freedom of choice or equal rights, then use arguments that cater to that interest.

Be prepared to answer questions. Most people will typically ask the same basic questions. You should be able to answer most questions somebody would ask.

You should also be able to tell some positive examples or logical arguments that support the benefits and dispel the common misconceptions. Most of this type of information is available online. Make a reference to skinny-dipping by either yourself or friends who have gone or would like you to go with them.
